Training is secondary to the actual task. One's philosophy, which is a truth spread across the entirety of one's life and not just training, is largely influenced by the primary task -- that thing you do and think and chase every single day. Training is preparation. Without a task, without an objective, training is just exercise. Use life for something. Gym Jones
